An analysis of 113 FE inspection reports, identifying a gap between the somewhat vague Framework descriptions of outstanding practice, and the comments of outstanding practice taken from inspection reports. This reveals that inspectors are looking for more specific methods than the Framework suggests. Each of these identified outstanding approaches can be learned, step-by-step with linked HOW2s.
